1What makes CCHCS different from a regular clinic?

At CCHCS you see the same provider every visit. We take time to understand your full health picture, not just the immediate symptom. Primary care and urgent care are available at our Reno and Las Vegas clinics. Counseling is delivered virtually across all locations. Wound care specialists travel directly to your home.

2Do you accept walk-in patients at your clinics?

Walk-ins are welcome at our Las Vegas clinic for urgent care and primary care. Our Reno clinic operates by appointment only. Call us to schedule your Reno visit in advance.

3Does CCHCS accept insurance?

Yes. We accept a range of insurance plans including Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, TRICARE, CHAMPVA, and more. Contact our office directly to confirm your specific plan before your visit.

4What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST and Saturday 9am to 3pm PST. We are closed on Sundays.
